Tom Hiro

Tom Hiro is an experienced construction management professional with a strong background in estimating and preconstruction management. At JRM Construction Management, Tom holds the titles of Estimating Manager and Preconstruction Manager since January 2018. Previously, at Shawmut Design and Construction, Tom advanced through various roles from Summer Intern to Construction Manager and Senior Estimator, leading preconstruction services and managing complex projects. Tom's journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a comprehensive 3-year Construction Management Skills Training program, focusing on hands-on field experience and estimating.
