Njabulo Ndaba has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Njabulo started their career at IT Intellect as a System Developer and IT Project Manager from 2003 to 2005. Njabulo then worked as a Corporate Consultant & IT lecturer at Mangosuthu University of Technology from 2005 to 2007. Njabulo then joined Eskom where they held the positions of Senior Architect IT & Telecoms Specialist from 2007 to 2008 and IM Manager from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they served as Head IS Program at Philip Morris International from 2013 to 2015. Njabulo later joined LHH as the Head of IT - LHH Systems from 2015 to 2018 and currently holds the role of Head of IT - Trading and Regulation at JSE since 2018.
Njabulo Ndaba has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, which they obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2003. In 2003, they also completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours degree in Business Information Systems and Technology from the same university. In 2011, they attended the Stellenbosch Business School for a Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP). In 2017, Njabulo enrolled in the GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) to pursue the INSETA Senior Management Development Programme, specializing in Senior Management.
