Mike Horn started their work experience in 1968 as the Chief of International Operations for the Drug Enforcement Administration. Mike represented the DEA Administrator and the Department of Justice in investigations related to international organized crime, terrorism, and narcotic trafficking. In 1999, they joined NDIC as the Director and was responsible for rehabilitating the center and generating strategic intelligence for policymakers. Mike received the Presidential Rank Meritorious Service Award in 2001. In 2010, they became a Senior Advisor at Digital Signal Corporation, where they contributed to the development of three-dimensional long-range facial recognition solutions. From 2004 to 2016, they served as the Managing Partner at Strategic Solutions International. Mike is currently the President of JSI Telecom since February 2015.
From 1962 to 1966, Mike Horn attended LaSalle University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
