Will Recinos has extensive experience in production and sanitation management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Sanitation Manager at JSS Almonds since September 2023, Will previously held roles including Production & Sanitation Manager at Caro Nut from February 2016 to February 2025, Production Supervisor at Last One POM Wonderful between June 2006 and September 2015, and a production role at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. from May 2001 to June 2006, overseeing the Megalac production line. Will began the career as a Team Lead Supervisor at Odwalla from March 1994 to September 2001. Will's educational background includes studies at Reedley College from 1996 to 2009.

JSS Almonds serves over 15000 acres and specializes in natural, whole, and brown skin almond processing.
