Gyan Bhadra Kumar

Gyan Bhadra Kumar is an experienced executive in the hydroelectric and renewable energy sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Hydro and Pump Storage at JSW Energy Ltd since March 2016. Prior to this role, Gyan held several key positions at JSW Energy, including Senior Vice-President and Head of Hydro and Renewable, as well as Head of Hydro. Gyan's career began at the National Hydro-electric Power Corporation, where Gyan worked as Senior Manager from May 1989 to January 2007. Gyan also served as Director-Hydro at Lanco from February 2007 to January 2015. Gyan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, completed between 1984 and 1988.
