Caitlin Crommett

Caitlin Crommett serves as a First Officer at JSX and a Certified Flight Instructor at BRB Aviation. As the Founder and President of DreamCatchers Foundation, Caitlin connects generations by helping students fulfill the end-of-life dreams of hospice patients. Caitlin's career also includes roles as a speaker, author, and coach, with published works such as "How to Attract Millennials to Your Company" and a motivational talk titled "DreamCatching: What the Dying Can Teach Us About Living." Previous experience includes positions as Director of Marketing and Recruitment at Longwood Management Corporation, certified flight instructor at United Aviate Academy, and producer/director in independent filmmaking. Educated at the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Gerontology at the University of Southern California, Caitlin combines expertise in business, film, and community service to inspire and engage various audiences.
