Bjarke Holt Pedersen

Bjarke Holt Pedersen has been working in the electrical engineering field for over two decades. Bjarke started their career at Danfoss in 1996 as a Development Engineer. In 2000, they moved to LEGO Group where they worked their way up to Senior Engineering Manager Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for guiding and coaching colleagues, technology scouting, and architectural work on solutions. Bjarke also made decisions on purchasing semiconductor components totaling over 200 million Danish kroner per year. In 2019, they left LEGO Group and took on the role of Lead Embedded Hardware Engineer at Maersk Container Industry. However, they only held this position for a short time before moving on to their current role as Electronic Manager at JT Electric in January 2020.

Bjarke Holt Pedersen holds a B.SC.E.E. from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark and has also studied mathematics and music at Varde Gymnasium. Bjarke is a life and business coach from Manning Inspire, and they are also certified by IABC in leadership training.

Bjarke Holt Pedersen reports to Leif Johannesen, Head of Development. They are on a team with Tórfríður Berjastein - Software Developer & Electrician, Fróði Hanusson Joensen - Software Developer.
