Alexander Avazashvili

Alexander Avazashvili is an experienced professional in corporate affairs and communications, currently serving as the Corporate Affairs and Communications Director for JTI Caucasus since August 2001. Over a distinguished career at JTI, Alexander has held multiple roles including Fiscal Affairs Director, Corporate Affairs Director for Agile Operations, and Regulatory Affairs and Taxation Director for both Eastern Europe and CIS+. Prior to JTI, Alexander was the Head of Press Office at AVAL Bank, managing communication strategies and media relations. Alexander holds an MBA from the International Management Institute and a Diploma with distinction in Economics from Georgian Agrarian University.
