Roger O'Carroll

Roger O'Carroll is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Regional IT Program Director for Western Europe at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since March 2008. O'Carroll has held various roles at JTI, including IT Marketing & Sales BI Project Manager, IT Market Platform Modernization Manager, and Benelux IT Lead, where responsibilities included transforming local IT teams, aligning strategic plans, building high-performance teams, and overseeing technical service delivery. Prior to JTI, O'Carroll worked at Rullion Computer Personnel as an IT Helpdesk Analyst. O'Carroll holds a Master's degree in Business and IT from Nyenrode Business University, an MBA from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology & Telecommunications from the University of Limerick.
