Ricardo Yacob has held various positions in the field of HR and digital learning, focusing on creating online training programs and managing teams. Currently serving as Head of User Education & LMS Product Owner at Jubelio, Ricardo oversees the creation of online training programs and the Learning Management System for clients. Prior to that, Ricardo worked as a Senior Digital Learning Strategist at KRIYA and a Digital Learning Strategist at Quipper. Ricardo's experience also includes roles as a Trainer & Supervisor Team at DKSH and in HR positions at PT. Mahadana Asta Berjangka and PT. Millennium Penata Futures.
