Tammie Howard

Tammie Howard is a director at Jubilee. Tammie has over 12 years of experience advising, consulting, and coaching in the U.S. Public Health Service. Her specific areas of expertise include leadership development, case/project management, regulatory affairs, policy development, and staff development. Prior to their current position, Tammie held various positions in the public health sector, including Senior Clinical Advisor at the United States Public Health Service and Research Coordinator at the National Institutes of Health. Tammie began their career as a Registered Nurse in the US Navy, where they served for three years.
