Currently serving as an Account Relationship Manager and Delivery Manager at The Judge Group since June 2007, Kristina plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring the success of multi-million dollar contracts. With a strong background in leading recruitment teams and implementing effective client onboarding processes, Kristina has successfully managed numerous projects while providing exceptional customer service. Earlier positions at The Judge Group included Recruiting Manager, Client Services Manager, and Recruiter, and prior experience includes a role as Marketing & Events Coordinator at Breakfast Club America and HRA/Resident Assistant at Villanova University. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
