Roy Bakeoven started their career as an intern at American Heritage Federal Credit Union in 2012, where they worked closely with the Marketing and Human Resources departments. In 2013, they joined The Judge Group as a Technical Recruiter, where they excelled in sourcing, qualifying, and hiring IT professionals. Roy was later promoted to Lead Technical Recruiter before becoming the Vice President of Recruiting. In their role as Vice President, Roy managed and developed a group of Tech Recruiters, implemented best practices in recruitment and staffing, and led strategies for talent development and sourcing.
Roy Bakeoven attended Gwynedd Mercy University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
