Beny Susanto

Beny Susanto is an accomplished Head of Product Design at JULO since April 2022, overseeing a team of 10 professionals, including Product Designers, UX Researchers, and UX Copywriters. Beny has a strong background in product design and user experience, having held leadership roles at various companies, including BukuWarung as Product Designer Manager and CekAja.com as Head of UX. With expertise in user research, design output management, and stakeholder collaboration, Beny has successfully improved user experiences across fintech, loyalty apps, and hospitality sectors. Educationally, Beny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from BINUS University.
