Jürgen Lauterbach has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Jürgen currently holds the position of Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer at Julphar since April 2022. Jürgen also held several positions at Fresenius Kabi, such as Managing Director Germany from April 2006 to January 2008, EVP South East Asia Pacific from January 2004 to March 2006, SVP Finance and Business Development Asia Pacific from January 2001 to September 2004, Managing Director Thailand from July 1999 to April 2001, and Business Controller Asia Pacific + Latin America from March 1998 to June 1999.
Lauterbach began their career at METRO AG as a Financial Controller from January 1994 to February 1998. Jürgen also served as a Lieutenant in the German Air Force from July 1988 to June 1990.
Jürgen Lauterbach's education history includes a Diplom-Kaufmann (Business Administration) degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management obtained between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, they completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2015, focusing on Leadership, Strategy, Decision Making, and Entrepreneurship. Furthermore, they successfully completed the Non-Executive Director Diploma program offered by Financial Times - Pearson in 2016. Jürgen Lauterbach also obtained the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma - Pearson SRF BTEC Level 7 Advanced Professional Diploma from the FT Non-Executive Director Programme. Prior to their higher education, Jürgen Lauterbach completed their Abitur (German equivalent to IB) at Bernhard-Strigel-Gymnasium Memmingen between 1979 and 1988.
