Srinivasa N is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in driving technological transformation within organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Julphar since 2020, Srinivasa N is focused on digital transformation and the adoption of industry 4.0 principles. Prior roles include serving as Director of IT at Novo Nordisk Service Center India from 2016 to 2019, where responsibility included overseeing global IT solutions and transformation initiatives, and Vice President of Corporate IT India from 2006 to 2015, managing a large IT team to support organizational growth. Srinivasa N's career began in various technical roles, including System Administrator and Manager of Systems and Network Security at Novo Nordisk. Academic credentials include an MBA from Kuvempu University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dr. C. V. Raman University, and a diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Additionally, Srinivasa N completed a program in Strategic Leadership at Harvard Business School.
