Michael Reece

Michael Reece is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Global Operations and Pre-opening Hotels at Jumeirah Group, a position held since March 2018. Prior roles at Jumeirah include Human Resources Manager at Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah, as well as Learning and Development Manager at Madinat Jumeirah. Prior to joining Jumeirah, Michael Reece worked at Marriott International as a Complex Learning and Development Manager and at Atlantis Resorts as an Assistant Manager in Learning and Development. Michael began his career as a Rooms Intern at Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa. Academically, Michael holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Geneva Business School, an Honours Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Johannesburg, and a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management from the same institution.
