Sandesh Lama

Sandesh Lama is an accomplished Food and Beverage Supervisor at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where leadership and training skills have been instrumental in maintaining a Forbes 5-star rating for four consecutive years. Previously, Sandesh served as a Food and Beverage Server at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, contributing to the success of the pre-opening team and achieving a coveted 5-star rating during the 2019 Leadership Forum. Earlier experience includes a similar role at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts. Sandesh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management from IMTS Institute and has completed multiple levels of Wine Steward/Sommelier certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
