Shaima al Gergawi

Shaima Al Gergawi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts since September 2015, with responsibilities across multiple prestigious properties, including Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab, and Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. Prior to this, Shaima Al Gergawi held various HR roles at DIFC from September 2005 to August 2015, progressing from an Associate position to Director HR Business Partner. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Higher Diploma in Applied Business Administration in Human Resources, both obtained from Higher Colleges of Technology.
