Emily Wagner

Emily Wagner is a Senior Software Engineer in the Research and Development department at Jump Trading LLC since October 2022. Previously, Emily served as the Software Engineering Lead for Network Software at Subspace from October 2020 to May 2022, where leadership involved managing C language XDP/eBPF software for global packet transmission. Prior to that role, Emily worked as a Software Engineer at LTN Global Communications from January 2017 to October 2020, focusing on developing network transport, monitoring, and control software in C and Python to ensure fault tolerance and performance. Emily's experience also includes research roles at Johns Hopkins University, first as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Distributed Systems and Networks lab in 2016 and earlier as an Undergraduate Research Assistant on the Cosmic Large Angular Scale Surveyor project from 2013 to 2015. Emily holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The Johns Hopkins University.
