Marvin Decker

Marvin Decker is a seasoned software engineer currently working at Jump Trading LLC since March 2018, while also serving as a Blade Kernel Architect at Schlumberger since April 2014, focusing on distributed HPC applications for scientific computing. Previously, Marvin held the position of Research Manager at EMB Technologies at Virtu Financial and worked as a Strategy Developer. Earlier experience includes a role as Research Manager at Input/Output Inc. (GX Technology) from December 2006 to December 2012. Marvin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mathematics from Texas A&M University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
