Alicia Murray

Alicia Murray began their work experience in 2014 at Ascent Aviation Services as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Alicia then moved on to STS Technical Services, where they held various roles including Senior Recruiting Coordinator, Operations Specialist, and Technical Recruiter. In these positions, they mentored a team, developed policies and procedures, and managed logistics and reporting. Alicia joined Innovar Group in 2020 as a Technical Recruiter, conducting phone interviews and sourcing candidates. Currently, they are working at JumpCloud as a Talent Operations Specialist, where they leverage data and technology to optimize recruitment processes and improve the interview experience.

Alicia Murray began their education at Indian River State College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Musical Theatre. Following their time at Indian River State College, Alicia attended Catawba College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Musical Theatre.
