Johana Millares

Johana Millares currently serves as Team Lead for Global People Operations at JumpCloud, a position held since February 2025, after previously serving as a Senior HR Generalist within the same company from March 2024 to November 2024. Prior to JumpCloud, Johana worked at Medallia from April 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included roles as Global Onboarding and People Experience Specialist and Global Onboarding and People Operations Associate, while also leading the Unidos@Medallia community ERG. Experience prior to Medallia includes an HR Coordinator role at AMS, an HRSSC Payroll Operations Analyst at Johnson Controls, and HR roles at Karisma Hotels & Resorts and UNICO 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya. Johana began the career in HR Talent Acquisition at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Administración de Empresas Turisticas from Universidad Tecnológica de México, completed from 2012 to 2015.
