Roy Hodge is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in information technology and business development. As the Chief Executive Officer of REH Systems Solutions since July 2015, Roy leads a dedicated team in delivering innovative IT solutions to non-profits, corporations, and federal agencies. In addition, as an Entrepreneur In Residence at JumpStart Inc. since July 2019, Roy provides crucial business coaching and mentoring to technology startups and small businesses aimed at fostering innovation and community growth. Previously, in a 12-year tenure at T-Mobile USA, Roy served in various roles, including Manager of Business Partner Sales and Sales Engineer II, wherein Roy effectively managed B2B sales strategies and consulted with major clients on mobility and IoT solutions. Educationally, Roy holds an Executive Master's in Business Administration from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.

In doing this work, JumpStart focuses on economic inclusion and activities that increase the success of minority and women entrepreneurs in growing high impact companies. As Northeast Ohio’s entrepreneurial landscape continues to transform, JumpStart collaborates with community and regional leaders nationally to support the startup and development of high growth businesses that have a significant and sustainable impact on the economy.
