Franz Oracion

Franz Oracion is an experienced customer support and service management professional with a diverse background in technical support and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Jungle Scout since July 2020, Franz assists Amazon sellers by managing support tickets, live chats, and social media inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. Previously, as a Service Desk Manager at Assembly Payments, Franz led an IT support team and developed efficient ticket escalation processes. In earlier roles at TeleTech, including Team Lead and Interim Operations Supervisor, Franz focused on team performance and continuous improvement.
