Previously, Lance held the position of Director of Corporate Strategy at Pivotree from January 2021 to October 2022. A consultant at McKinsey & Company from January 2017 to December 2020, Lance supported clients in strategy development and operational optimization. Earlier experience includes roles at Amec Foster Wheeler, where Lance worked in Technical Procurement, Project Engineering, and as Workshare Manager, and at Fluor Corporation as an Electrical Engineer and Control Systems Engineer. Lance holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Queen's University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
