Darin Sassen has extensive experience in field service and customer support, currently serving as the Field Service Manager and previously as a Field Service Engineer at Juniper Systems since April 2022. Prior to this role, Sassen was the Customer Service Manager at Cainthus from September 2020 to April 2022. Sassen's career began at CDP IT, where responsibilities included Field Support and Sales from 1991 to 1996, followed by a long tenure at Electrosonic from December 1996 to April 2020, culminating in the position of Field Service Manager. Sassen holds educational credentials from Northwestern College of Technology (1989-1992) and Mankato Technical Institute (1988-1989).
