Kareem Rahaman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, and communications across various educational and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director at The Clover Schools since May 2023, Kareem previously held the position of VP of Growth at Juno College of Technology from January 2022 to April 2023. As the founder of Splash Effect, a leading agency for progressive brands in Canada, major clients included Ryerson University and Hootsuite. Kareem also contributed to York University as the Director of Communications and Digital Engagement and held multiple roles at Ryerson University, including Manager of Digital Marketing. In addition, Kareem co-founded SkillsCamp, emphasizing the importance of soft skills in the workplace. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Advanced Social Media Strategy from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and a Commerce degree in Marketing from Ryerson University.
