Megha Shenoy

Megha Shenoy has a diverse background in human resources and people operations, currently serving in the People and Culture department at Jupiter since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at LeadSquared, Lead - HR at ALLEN Digital, and a founding member of the HR Team at Simpl, where Megha held various positions from 2018 to 2023. Earlier career stages include senior HR responsibilities at Vantage Agora and an associate position at Thinking Palm. Megha holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Madras School Of Social Work, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and completed high school at Chettinad Vidyashram.
