Tania Kefs

Tania Kefs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and event strategy. As the Co-founder and CEO of Jurnee since April 2020, Tania oversees global event strategies, focusing on budget management, increased planning efficiency, and audience engagement. Previously, Tania held significant roles at Aircall from June 2015 to September 2019, including Vice President of Customer Success, where leadership involved scaling teams in Paris and New York and managing a diverse international customer portfolio. In earlier positions at Amazon and Asia Deal Group, Tania contributed to enhancing customer experience and launching an e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia. Tania holds a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School, awarded in 2015.
