Melanie Lawn is a seasoned Customer Success expert and Venture Partner at Eight Roads, where she collaborates with portfolio founders and teams to deliver actionable strategies that drive their businesses toward excellence. In addition to her role at Eight Roads, Melanie also serves as the interim Customer Success Leader for Juro.

With over a decade of leadership experience, Melanie has held prominent positions such as Chief Customer Officer at companies like Peakon, which was acquired by Workday for $700m; Forecast, which raised over $30m; and Deltek. Her expertise covers all aspects of Customer Success, from building and scaling teams to managing the customer lifecycle, ensuring success in onboarding, support, upsell, and renewals.

Before transitioning into Customer Success, Melanie built a strong foundation in marketing and public relations, working with notable organisations including Dyson, Nike, The Daily Telegraph, and Freud Communications. Her diverse background has equipped her with a unique perspective, making her a trusted leader and advisor in her field.
