Bryan Arnado is an accomplished Utilities Technology Supervisor with extensive experience in overseeing and managing SCADA systems and related technologies within the utilities sector. Currently employed by the City of Huntington Beach since April 2021, Bryan is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and security of the Utilities Division SCADA system while coordinating the activities of GIS analysts. Prior experience includes roles at Moulton Niguel Water District, where advanced electrical and instrumentation work was performed, and at Yorba Linda Water District as a Senior SCADA Technician, focusing on maintenance and management of the SCADA system and various automated equipment. Bryan also has a diverse background working in instrumentation and controls in various capacities at multiple companies. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
