Scott Lynch is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in water resources and infrastructure planning. Currently, Scott serves as the Principal Engineer for the Jurupa Community Services District, overseeing major capital projects and the development of the Capital Improvement Program. Scott has held various leadership roles within WateReuse California, including President, Vice President, and Secretary of the Orange County Chapter. Previously, Scott worked in significant positions at firms such as Project Partners, West Yost Associates, Black & Veatch, RMC Water and Environment, and CH2M HILL, contributing expertise to recycled water, sewage collection, and water distribution systems. Scott holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UCLA.
