Shane Quadros is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the food production industry. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at Just Bee since May 2023, Shane oversees the performance and training of the Operations Team. Previous roles include General Manager at Fischer Farms Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, process input provision, and site safety coordination. Shane has also held various positions at Minor, Weir and Willis Ltd, including Production Cell Manager, leading a team of 60 and driving productivity improvements through lean principles. Additional experience spans project development and management in multiple companies, including Fés Deli and Montana Confectioners, and an educational background in Food Technology and Biotechnology from Université catholique de Lille and Smt.
