Michael Frogge currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Just Energy, where responsibilities include leading a global team to deliver internal audit, financial, operational, and IT advisory services. Previously, at KPMG US, Michael held the position of Director in Deal Advisory, managing diverse teams to assist companies in financial transactions. Michael's experience also encompasses managerial roles at BP, where responsibilities included internal control audits and US GAAP reporting, and at UniversalPegasus, focusing on SEC/SOX compliance and ethics programs. Early career experience includes a Senior Associate role at PricewaterhouseCoopers, concentrating on SEC audits and compliance. Michael holds an MBA from Rice Business, alongside an MS in Accounting, a BBA in Accounting, and a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
