Leandro Lima

Leandro Lima is a seasoned executive with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Instituto da Construção since October 2023, Leandro has also held roles as a Seed Investor at JUST TRAVEL and AoCubo, and as a Founding Board Member at Ekoa Educação. Previously, Leandro contributed to the digital economy as the Director of Salvador Tech at SEMDEC from January 2021 to May 2023, while also serving as a Board Member at Futebol Interativo in 2023. Leandro's entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Sanar, where a focus was placed on transforming lives through technology and health. Other notable experiences include positions at Mottu and Carvvo, as well as early career development with Ernst & Young. Leandro’s education includes Digital Product Leadership from Tera and studies at UC Berkeley Extension and Universidade Federal da Bahia.
