Katie Rudelich

Katie Rudelich has a strong background in talent acquisition and HR operations. Katie is currently the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at JustAnswer, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC from June 2021 to March 2022. Before that, Katie held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at Creative Channel Services from January 2019 to June 2021. Katie also has experience at Amazon as a Senior Team Lead - Workforce Staffing from May 2018 to January 2019. In addition, they worked as a Recruiter at Hatch Staffing Services from May 2001 to June 2002 and as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Quad from June 1999 to May 2001.
