Currently serving as an IT Manager at Justco since July 2017, Janice has progressed through various roles including Assistant IT Manager, Senior IT Executive, and IT Services Executive. Prior to this, Janice worked at NCS from August 2014 to July 2017 as a System Specialist, where responsibilities included handling web incident and service request tickets, as well as providing support for incoming queries and issues. Janice holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a major in networking from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, obtained in 2014.
