Alex Collins

Alex Collins has extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in member and client services, specializing in defined benefit plans. Currently serving as the Head of Member & Client Services at Just Group plc since February 2018, Alex has held various roles within the company including Defined Benefit TPA & Operations Manager and Defined Benefit TPA Relationship Manager. Prior experience includes a Team Manager position at Mercer and an Assistant Team Manager role at JLT Employee Benefits. Alex began the career as a Pension Administrator at Friends Provident and has held various other positions related to pensions and financial advising at organizations such as Ensign and London & Country Mortgages.
