Emma Louise Walker

Emma Louise Walker currently serves as the Group Customer and Marketing Director at Just Group plc since August 2023. With a significant background in financial services, notable previous roles include Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at LifeSearch, as well as Head of Digital and Customer Experience at AXA. Emma played a pivotal role in transforming MoneySupermarket's protection business, establishing a strong customer proposition and business model. Emma's early career included leadership positions at M&S Bank and a brief period in agriculture marketing at Cogent Breeding Ltd. An active member of The Marketing Society and community member of Up World, Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Wrexham University.
