Simon Halls

Simon Halls is an experienced professional in talent management, leadership development, and learning initiatives, currently serving as the Director of Talent, Leadership and Learning at Just Group plc since May 2018. Prior roles include Head of Leadership and Executive Development at Direct Line Group, and Manager of Enterprise Learning at Shell. Simon held the position of Head of Talent Management at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, the world's largest sovereign wealth fund, and served as Executive Director of Human Capital Management at UBS, where responsibilities included the design of talent and assessment systems. Additional experience encompasses senior roles at SHL Group Ltd., PA Consulting Group, and consultancy work as a Business Psychologist. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Kingston University, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the same institution.
