About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who’s experienced with the entire lifecycle of the product process - discover, define, create and validate problems and ideas. As our third design hire, you will work side-by-side with other Product Designers, engineers and other stakeholders, collaborating on building new flows and ideas and improving the existing product. Responsibilities

• Be able to deal with the end-to-end design process (research, UX, UI, etc);
• Build product visions from a design perspective and be a part of strategic discussions about the course of our app;
• Be autonomous and take ownership of your work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design. You also have a portfolio or a PDF that you can share with us to reflect that work;
• Strong visual design skills and knowledge/interest in being the owner of our Design System;
• Hands-on, curious and proactive;
• Experience in creating mobile apps;
• Proficiency in English (needed for communications with world-wide coworkers and for internal materials);
• Excited to work on a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment;
• Willingness to participate in discussions, define processes and be adaptable — as we are an early-stage startup, things can always change.
