Emanuele Varenna currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at JUWI Group, leading the legal development of large-scale photovoltaic projects and overseeing various legal matters from inception to construction readiness. Previously, Emanuele held the position of Legal Counsel at Enfinity Global, managing a 3 GW pipeline of photovoltaic and energy storage projects, and negotiating land rights agreements. Emanuele's early career includes experience as an Associate Lawyer at DWF, where corporate and contractual issues in renewable energy were addressed, and as a Trainee Lawyer at La Scala Società tra Avvocati and Nctm Studio Legale, providing legal advice in corporate law and antitrust matters. Emanuele is pursuing a Master's degree in Corporate Law at 24ORE Business School, having earned a Master's degree in Law with a focus on competition law from Università degli Studi di Milano.
