Vanessa Landin possesses extensive experience in the member services sector, currently serving as the Director of Member Services at JWCH Institute since July 2019, where Vanessa has also held the position of Senior Manager since July 2015 and worked as a Marketing Coordinator from 2005 to July 2015. Vanessa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Administration/Management from UC Irvine and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Policy and Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
