Nora Considine

Nora Considine is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and talent management across various organizations. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at JY SYSTEMS, LLC since January 2025, Nora previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Tensley Consulting Inc. from February 2023 to January 2025, where Nora also excelled as Senior Lead Technical Recruiter. Earlier roles included Senior Technical Recruiter at Mandiant (now part of Google Cloud) from May 2022 to April 2023, during which Mandiant underwent a significant transition after its acquisition by Google in November 2022. Nora began a career in technical recruiting at Varen Technologies from September 2015 to April 2022, contributing to the company's growth in the Intelligence Community by developing and implementing a branding and marketing strategy. Nora holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations from Old Dominion University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
