Prior to this role, Marcin has held various positions at Diehl Controls, including Director of Sales and Business Development Appliance Europe, Director Sales Appliance Europe, Director Sales, Sales Manager, Head of Strategic Purchasing, and Supply Base Manager. Marcin also worked as a Senior Consultant at Emporias Management Consulting GmbH & Co KG and as an Entwicklungsingenieur at BSH Home Appliances Group. Marcin holds a Dipl. Ingenieur degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Berlin.
