Co., Ltd., and Project Engineer at Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. Gavin Gavin has proven expertise in project management, sales, technical service, and engineering.
Gavin He's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Maritime University. Gavin attended the university from 1994 to 1998.
