Stephen Hatlee has extensive experience in the wind energy industry. Stephen started their career as a Meteorologist at AWS Truepower, where they were responsible for wind resource data analysis and the production of Energy Production Reports. Stephen then progressed to roles such as Meteorology Manager and Assistant Director of Wind Developer Services, leading teams and overseeing preconstruction wind project assessments. As Project Services Manager, they managed a team of experts and facilitated the technical development of the AWST India office. Stephen later joined SunEdison as a Senior Wind Resource Analyst, providing support for wind resource and energy analysis activities in project development and M&A. Currently, at K2 Management, Stephen is a Senior Consultant in Project Development & Analysis, leading the technical development of project identification, origination, and development support services in North America. Stephen is also involved in wind project energy yield assessment, due diligence, and support of wind and energy analysis. Stephen's expertise spans prospecting, wind resource monitoring, layout development, data analysis, energy modeling, and more.

Stephen Hatlee earned their Bachelor's degree in Meteorology from the State University of New York at Oswego from 1999 to 2003. Stephen then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Meteorology from Penn State University from 2003 to 2005.
