Sriram Baskaran

Sriram Baskaran possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Associate Manager and Team Lead of the Talent Acquisition Group at Kaar Tech since March 2021. Prior to this role, Sriram held various positions including Delivery Lead, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant at POWER IT SERVICES from July 2017 to March 2021. Sriram began a career in recruitment as an IT Technical Recruiter at Amtex Enterprises from February 2015 to July 2017. Sriram earned a Bachelor’s Degree from SSN College of Engineering, completing the program in 2014.
