Randy Guo

Randy Guo possesses extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industry, with a strong track record in leadership roles. As Franchise GM at Kabam from May 2022 to January 2024, Randy successfully revitalized Marvel Contest of Champions, re-establishing it as the top Marvel mobile title while managing P&L, product strategy, and live operations. Prior to that role, Randy served as Executive Producer for the same title, ensuring engagement and monetization stability. At Scopely, as Senior Director of Production, Randy oversaw the production of Marvel Strike Force, implementing systems for scalable planning and execution. Randy's earlier roles include Head of Production at FoxNext and Executive Producer at PlayQ, where strategic improvements and partnerships were established. As a co-founder of Studio Invenio, Randy directed a team to create immersive experiences for major IPs. Educational qualifications include a BA in Media Arts from UC San Diego and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from UCLA.
